逆作法施工技术首次是应用于恒积大厦工程中,由上海爱建建筑设计院设计。当时主要是为了节约成本,所以取消了钢管支承柱,采用逆作法施工,但因经验不足,给设计与施工都带来了一些困难。近几年,通过不断总结经验,逆作法技术日臻完善,现已将恒积大厦那套独特的结构支承体系成功地运用于新爱建大厦中,并在节点处理上作了较大改进,下面是这两个工程在总体、方案等方面的对照情况:
For the first time, the reverse construction construction technology was applied to the Henggai Building Project and was designed by Shanghai Aijian Architectural Design Institute. At that time, the main purpose was to save costs. Therefore, the support columns for steel tubes were cancelled and reverse construction was used. However, due to lack of experience, it brought difficulties to design and construction. In recent years, by continuously summing up experience, the use of reverse engineering technology has improved, and the unique structural support system of Hengji Building has now been successfully used in the new Aijian Building, and improvements have been made in the processing of the nodes.
