本文用同时显示纺锤体和染色体的分化染色技术,研究了雌二醇(Est)对中国仓鼠肺细胞纺锤体的损伤作用.实验结果表明,随着培养液中Est浓度的寸高。纺锤体形态正常的分裂相明显减少,在本实验的最高浓度(50.0mg·L-1)已降为0,说明Est是一种纺锤体毒物.纺锤体异常的分裂相有2个主要类型,一是非中板集合,二是无极分裂相.当Est浓度小于5.0mg·L-1时.纺锤体异常以非中板集合为主,最高值为47.5%.其它类型的纺锤体异常如不分离.滞后,单极和多极分裂相等,其剂量效应关系无规律性变化.
In this study, the effect of estradiol (Est) on the injury of Chinese hamster lung cell spindle was studied by using the differentiation staining technique which showed spindle and chromosome at the same time. The experimental results show that with the increasing concentration of Est in the culture broth. Spindle morphologically normal split phase was significantly reduced, in this experiment the highest concentration (50.0mg · L-1) has dropped to 0, indicating that Est is a spindle poison. There are two main types of spindles with abnormal spindles. One is non-plate collection, the other is non-polar split phase. When Est concentration is less than 5.0mg · L-1. Spindle abnormalities in non-plate collection mainly, the highest value of 47.5%. Other types of spindle abnormalities such as non-isolated. Hysteresis, unipolar and multipole split equal, the dose-response relationship changes irregularly.
