以黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)为富硒载体,研究了不同浓度的红色纳米硒对黑木耳菌丝体、子实体发育和产量的影响,以及黑木耳的富硒能力。结果表明,培养基中添加的硒浓度为10 mg·kg~(-1)~50 mg·kg~(-1)时,黑木耳子实体产量及子实体中的总硒含量均随硒浓度的增加而提高,并于硒浓度为50 mg·kg~(-1)时子实体产量达到最大;当硒浓度高于50 mg·kg~(-1)时,子实体产量降低。黑木耳子实体中硒含量分析表明,黑木耳具有较强的富硒和耐硒能力,且子实体中硒含量与硒加入量呈正相关关系。
Taking Auricularia auricula as selenium-enriched carrier, the effects of different concentrations of red nano-selenium on the development and yield of black fungus mycelia and fruiting bodies and the selenium-enriching ability of black fungus were studied. The results showed that when the concentration of selenium added in the medium was 10 mg · kg -1 ~50 mg · kg -1, the fruiting body yield and the total selenium content of fruiting bodies were increased with the concentration of selenium The yield of fruiting bodies reached the maximum when the concentration of selenium was 50 mg · kg -1. When the concentration of selenium was higher than 50 mg · kg -1, the yield of fruiting bodies decreased. The analysis of selenium content in the black fungus fruiting bodies showed that the black fungus had strong ability of selenium enrichment and selenium tolerance, and the content of selenium in fruiting bodies had a positive correlation with the selenium addition.
