蜂窝复合材料由于其突出的使用性能,目前在航空航天和建筑等领域得到大量的应用。蜂窝复合材料又叫蜂窝夹层板,主要由蒙皮(树脂涂层+合金板)、蜂窝芯和粘接剂组成(如图1所示)。蜂窝板由于其在制造和服役过程中容易形成缺陷,尤其是蒙皮和蜂窝芯容易出现粘结不良的问题,给蜂窝板的使用造成了隐患。而目前常规的检测方法是破坏性试验,不仅造成材料浪费,而且无法实现
Due to its outstanding performance, honeycomb composites are widely used in aerospace and construction fields. Honeycomb composite materials, also known as honeycomb sandwich panels, mainly by the skin (resin coating + alloy plate), honeycomb core and adhesive composition (Figure 1).
