近年来,我国心血管疾病的发病率及死亡率一直居高不下,而高血压是心血管疾病发生的重要危险因素,已成为日益严重的公共卫生问题。我国目前约有2亿高血压患者,因此预防及控制高血压成为防治心血管疾病的重要途径~([1])。为确定社区卫生服务中心在慢性病管理中的定位和服务重点,本文以2008-2014年间塘桥社区高血压管理登记数据库里的所有对象为研究对象进行研究。
In recent years, the morbidity and mortality rate of cardiovascular diseases in our country has always been high. Hypertension is an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases and has become an increasingly serious public health problem. At present, there are about 200 million hypertensive patients in our country. Therefore, prevention and control of hypertension have become an important way to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases. [1] In order to determine the positioning and service focus of community health service centers in the management of chronic diseases, this paper studies all the subjects in the database of hypertension management registration in Tangqiao community from 2008 to 2014 as the research object.
