近几年,随着国际零售巨头纷纷进驻哈埠超市行业而哈埠一些超市企业不堪残酷的竞争黯然倒闭,哈市超市业呈现出新的发展态势。本文在研究零供关系、激励机制等理论的基础上,通过对哈市超市行业发展过程中存在的问题进行分析以及与零售巨人沃尔玛的比较,提出内资超市在市场开拓、品牌战略、物流信息化、人才激励等方面的发展对策。
