社会实际和现实政治的需要,促进了宋代学术的发展与变革。宋儒对《诗经》创发新解,有一定积极意义,也取得了一定的成绩。不过,其中也滋生了许多新的问题,进而影响到宋代诗经学的整体发展。朱子对宋代诗经学者的得失有着深刻的认识和认真的总结。朱子在对宋儒诗经学成果继承的同时,也对其不足进行了不遗余力的批评,这些批评的程度并不亚于其对汉唐学者的批评。朱子撰《诗集传》,构建了自己诗经学体系,而这其中的一个重要基础,就是对宋儒经验和教训的吸取。可以说,朱子与他之前的宋代诗经学者有着本质区别。至朱子出,诗经宋学的理论品格方才建立,从这一意义上说,朱子是诗经宋学的开创者与奠基人。

To Zhuzi out, the poetic theory of Song Xue had just established the character, in this sense, Zhu Zi is the founder and founder of the Song Dynasty.
