目的:分析影响某中医专科医院业务收入变动的因素,为医院管理层决策提供科学依据。方法:利用综合指数因素分析法对该院2013~2014年业务收入的变动因素进行分析。结果:医院业务收入2014年比2013年增加3905.45万元。结论:2014年该院业务收入增长是诊疗人次增加和人均费用提高共同作用的结果,住院人次是增加业务收入的主要因素。
Objective: To analyze the factors influencing the change of business income of a Chinese medicine specialist hospital and provide a scientific basis for the hospital management decision-making. Methods: The factor analysis of the comprehensive index of the hospital from 2013 to 2014 changes in business income analysis. Results: Hospital business income in 2014 increased 390.545 million yuan over 2013. Conclusion: The hospital’s revenue growth in 2014 was a result of the combination of the increase of clinics and the increase of per capita expenses. In-patient attendance was the major factor in increasing business revenue.
