由于汞及其化合物的巨大毒性,人们已愈来愈重视对人体汞吸收的测试以及汞中毒的早期防治。通常测量汞多采用冷原子萤光吸收法,此法在环境食品等领域的汞含量测试中得到了广泛的应用,但应用于人体体液中较低含量的汞测试时,因取样量较大,测定误差也较大,因而此法受到了限制。于是有人用石墨电极、铂和玻碳电极以及黄金电极建立了电化学测汞方法,我们则利用旋转圆盘玻碳电极配用极谱仪对人体尿汞含量进行了测定。
