目的 :引入MTT的运动健康理论,探讨瑜伽运动对女大学生脊柱侧凸(ATI)矫正的有效性,对脊柱侧凸、骨盆倾斜的大学生在脊柱退变性疾病的早期阶段及时提供科学的瑜伽运动疗法。方法 :采用电子脊柱测量仪(SPINSCAN)筛查女大学生的脊柱侧凸发生率,并对脊柱侧凸的角度≥10的女大学生纳入治疗瑜伽与养生课程班(n=176),对大学生特发性脊柱侧凸的形态学、骨密度等特征进行分析对照。结果 :同济大学女生选修瑜伽的脊柱侧凸发生率47.7%,教学前后的脊柱侧凸显著性减少(P≤0.05),脊柱在颈、肩、腰部位的3个面的活动度(ROM)都有程度不一的提升,原有的头、肩倾斜现象得到良好的改善,但对脊柱的胸椎后凸与伸展及其腰椎的侧向弯曲等活动度的改善不明显。结论 :本次引入MTT康复治疗的瑜珈课程,经过特定4个阶段的瑜伽特色教学,可重建脊柱稳定的骨骼-肌肉力学平衡,矫正女大学生特发性脊柱侧凸,有效阻止女大学生骨量减少,从而促进学生的脊柱健康。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the theory of exercise and health of MTT to explore the effect of yoga on the correction of female college students with scoliosis (ATI), and to provide scientifically advanced yoga exercise therapy to the scoliosis and pelvis-prone university students in the early stage of degenerative diseases . Methods: The incidence of scoliosis was screened by SPINSCAN. Female college students with scoliosis ≥10 were enrolled in the course of yoga and regimen (n = 176) Scoliosis morphology, bone mineral density and other characteristics of the analysis and control. Results: The incidence of scoliosis in Tongji University girls’ elective yoga was 47.7%, the degree of scoliosis decreased significantly before and after teaching (P≤0.05), and ROM (ROM) in three aspects of neck, shoulder and waist With different degrees of improvement, the original head, shoulder tilt has been a good improvement, but the spine of the thoracic kyphosis and extension and lateral bending of the lumbar activity was not significantly improved. Conclusion: The introduction of yoga rehabilitation courses in MTT, after a specific four stages of yoga teaching, can restore the stability of the skeletal-muscular balance of the spine, correction of idiopathic scoliosis of female college students, effectively prevent female college students reduce bone mass , Thereby promoting students’ spine health.
