一、引言目前,关于球墨铸铁工艺的设计方案较多:清华大学与北京东风铸造厂对模数大于2.5厘米的铸件采用干型无冒口铸造的试验获得成功,且认为:当铸件模数等于3.7厘米并在1320℃以下浇铸时,铸件在冷却凝固过程中只表现为体积膨胀而无收缩;昆明重型机械厂对热节园为Φ100mm左右的角型轴承座用无冒口铸造也获得成功;还有部分资料介绍了压边冒口在中小型铸件上的应用。但对大型铸件采用压边冒口浇铸,尚未见资料介绍。
