随着中国国民经济的不断发展,早期建设的桥梁已经无法满足现代交通的需求,其中部分桥梁需要拆除重建。在众多拆桥工法中,顶推法由于其不影响通航、工期短、成本低而得到推广。但在顶推施工过程中,由于梁体位置的不断改变,使其受力更加复杂,体系转换频繁。因此,为了确保施工安全,及时监控并掌握结构的受力情况是十分必要的。该文以北江大桥改扩建工程为依托,对顶推施工过程中结构的应力、变形进行了监控。通过对比仿真计算模型,详细分析了相关监控数据,结果表明该桥在整个施工过程中实测应力、变形值和理论计算应力、变形值能较好符合,施工是安全可靠的。
With the continuous development of China’s national economy, the bridge built in the early stage has been unable to meet the needs of modern transportation. Some of the bridges need to be demolished and rebuilt. Among the many methods of demolishing the bridge, the push method is promoted because it does not affect navigation, short construction period and low cost. However, in the process of jacking construction, due to the continuous change of beam position, the force is more complicated, and the system is changed frequently. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of construction, timely monitoring and grasping the force of the structure is very necessary. Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of Beijiang River Bridge, this paper monitors the structure stress and deformation in the process of pushing construction. By comparing the simulation models, the related monitoring data are analyzed in detail. The results show that the measured stress, deformation value and theoretical calculation stress and deformation value of the bridge are in good agreement with each other and the construction is safe and reliable.
