前言:自从1820年Paris提出冶炼厂中的砷化物可以引起工人皮肤癌之后,历经了漫长的时间,经过许多专业人员的多次调查,Osburn H.S(1957),Pinto S.S(1963)、Lee A.(1969)、Kuratsune M.(1974)、Milham S.Jr.(1974)、Willam.J.(1975)、Shinkan.T.(1976)、Tokudome S.(1976)、Newman J.A.(1976)、Pinto S.S(1977)、Rencher A.C.(1977)、Axelson O.(1978)、Pinto S.S(1978)证明,冶炼过程溢出的大量砷化物是冶炼工人呼吸系统癌症增高的主要原因于是国际癌症研究机构IARC
