发展战略研究属于高层次的综合研究.随着现代科学技术的进步,系统科学、信息科学、统计学、未来学、决策学的发展,为发展战略研究提供了科学的依据和科学的方法.党的十一届三中全会以来,我国有关发展战略方面的研究十分活跃,取得了许多新的进展和重大的成果.这对思考、研究和制定我国妇幼卫生发展战略,进一步明确妇幼卫生发展战略在国民经济和社会事业发展总战略以及卫生事业发展战略中的地位和作用,提供了重要的指导思想和值得借鉴的经验.
With the progress of modern science and technology, the development of system strategy, information science, statistics, futurology and decision-making science has provided a scientific basis and a scientific method for the development of strategic research.
