近年来,国际、国内微型压缩机产品市场竞争日趋激烈,尤其是国内大批乡镇企业崛起,竞争已呈白热化。我厂虽有三十多年的压缩机研究、设计和制造的历史,但近年来没有对老产品进行过大的技术更新和改造,没有进行过深入细致的价值分析,因此,存在性能指标落后、结构不合理和经济性差等问题。为加强我厂的竞争实力,力求以更低的成本生产出良好的压缩机,我厂从1986年9月开始,应用价值分析的方法对老产品系列3 w—0.3/10、2 v—0.3/7、2 v—0.6/7—A、Z—0.025/6,进行了技术更新和改造。通过一年多的生产,在技术、经济和市场销售诸方面均取得了良好成果。
