应用室内岩石可钻性实验结果,确定了松辽盆地南部某区块应用 P D C 钻头和牙轮钻头钻进两种岩石可钻性级值的关系,给出了该区块 P D C 钻头和牙轮钻头各自所适用地层层段,建立了应用声波时差测井资料确定 P D C 钻头钻进时的岩石可钻性级值模型,应用该模型进行 P D C 钻头优选. 结果表明:应用声波时差计算的岩石可钻性级值的相关性因数为0 .85 ,可以满足工程需要. 当可钻性级值超过6 级时,应换牙轮钻头钻进.
Based on the experimental results of laboratory rock drillability, the relationship between the drillability grade of rock drilled by PDC drill and roller cone bit in a block of the southern Songliao Basin has been determined, and the P D C drill bit And cone roller strata, we established a rock drillability grade value model for drilling P D C bit by using acoustic time-lapse logging data. The P D C bit optimization is applied to this model. The results show that the correlation coefficient of rock drillability grade calculated by using acoustic time difference is 0. 85, to meet the needs of the project. When the drillability level value exceeds 6, should change the roller bit drilling.
