随着社会发展、科技进步,建筑业在迅速发展的同时,面临的竞争也日趋激烈。建筑企业的生存和发展受众多因素的影响,其中专业技术是建筑企业的生存之本,而掌握专业技术的人才是企业赢得竞争优势和持续发展的关键因素,合理调配人力资源,充分发挥人力资源的优势,才能使建筑企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。项目管理这一特殊形式也形成了建筑企业人力资源组成的复杂性、人员流动性大等特点,在一定程度上增加了建筑企业人力资源管理工作的难度。现就建筑企业人力资源管理的特点、存在的问题等进行分析。
