运用了Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2010的“型芯偏移分析”模块来说明在制品注塑过程中模具型芯出现的偏移变形如何影响制品的设计。在原始的制品设计和由成型工艺窗口得到的最优工艺参数下的“型芯偏移分析”结果显示型芯发生了0.0886 mm的位移,这严重影响制品成型后的形状与尺寸。在对型芯厚度优化和用正交实验优化成型工艺参数后的“型芯偏移分析”结果表明:其型芯位移减小到0.0185 mm。虽最大Von Mises应力有所上升,但满足了制品成型质量与型芯寿命的要求。
Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2010’s “Core Offset Analysis” module was used to illustrate how offset distortion of the mold core during product injection molding can affect the design of the product. The “Core Offset Analysis” results from the original product design and the optimum process parameters from the forming process window show a displacement of 0.0886 mm for the mandrel, which severely affects the shape and size of the finished product. After the core thickness was optimized and the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the forming process parameters, the “core offset analysis” showed that the core displacement was reduced to 0.0185 mm. Although the maximum Von Mises stress has risen, it meets the requirements of product quality and core life.
