在大力推进依法从严治军的历史进程中,必须加强《武装冲突法》的运用,这是我军有效履行使命任务的需要,是建设法治军队的需要。必须加强有关《武装冲突法》的宣传教育,提高我军依法作战能力。
In vigorously promoting the historical process of strictly administering the army in accordance with the law, we must strengthen the application of the “law of armed conflict,” which is the requirement of our army in effectively fulfilling its mission and the need of building a military by law. The publicity and education on the “Law of Armed Conflict” must be strengthened so as to enhance the PLA’s ability to conduct law and order according to law.
