为探讨H2O2处理条件与试样白度、色品指数的关系,对三倍体毛白杨原料进行碱性过氧化氢浸渍处理,研究处理条件对白度、明度、色度指标的影响。结果表明,增加H2O2和NaOH用量可明显提高白度和明度指数L,H2O2对白度和明度指数L的提高作用大于NaOH;碱性条件下进行H2O2处理,其白度的提高受到限制,NaOH用量过高时a和b值回升、明度下降;Na2SiO3有利于白度和明度指数L的提高,但加入量超过1.5%时对色度指数基本没有影响;升高处理温度可提高白度及明度,但温度超过70℃时各项指标变化不大;H2O2处理初期白度和明度指数迅速升高,色度指数a、b迅速下降,但30min后变化不大。
In order to investigate the relationship between H2O2 treatment conditions and the whiteness and chromaticity index of samples, alkaline triphyme plush was treated with alkaline hydrogen peroxide so as to study the effects of treatment conditions on whiteness, lightness and chromaticity index. The results showed that increasing the dosage of H2O2 and NaOH can obviously improve the whiteness and lightness index L, the effect of H2O2 on whiteness and lightness index L is greater than that of NaOH; Under H2O2 treatment under alkaline conditions, the increase of whiteness is limited, At high, the values of a and b rose and the lightness decreased; while Na2SiO3 was beneficial to the improvement of whiteness and lightness index L, but the addition of more than 1.5% had no effect on the color index; raising the treatment temperature increased the whiteness and lightness, When the temperature was above 70 ℃, the indexes changed little. At the initial stage of H2O2 treatment, the whiteness and lightness index rose rapidly, while the color indexes a and b decreased rapidly, but little changed after 30min.
