目的研讨责任分组护理模式在精神科病房护理管理工作中的应用及效果。方法选择我院精神科病房2016年1月-2018年2月收诊的100例患者作为实验对象,并按护理模式划分患者至两组(50例/组),Ⅰ组(2016年1月-2017年1月)接受传统护理模式管理,Ⅱ组(2017年2月-2018年2月)接受责任分组护理模式管理,对比评估两组的干预效果。结果相比Ⅰ组,Ⅱ组在各项护理质量评分(精神科监护、表格填写等)方面均显著提高,数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组的护理调查表显示该组总满意度为94.0%,显著高于
