Objective To grasp the population density and its growth and decline pattern of major vectors in Qufu City, and provide a scientific basis for controlling the harm of vector organisms. Methods Mosquito lamp method was used to monitor the density of mosquitoes, the density of flies was monitored by cage induction method, the density of cockroaches was monitored by stick catching method, Results The average density of mosquitoes in Qufu City from 2008 to 2010 was 3.85 / (lamp · h). Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant mosquito species, accounting for 79.39% of the total catch, followed by Aedes albopictus and Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Accounting for 10.25% and 7.62% respectively; the density index of flies was 3.73 / (cage · d), the dominant species were municipal flies and house flies, accounting for 51.05% and 24.21% of the total, respectively, followed by the green flies, , Respectively, accounting for 8.99% and 5.36% of the total number of catches; the density of cockroaches was 0.23 / leaf, only one species of German cockroach was found; 194 rats were caught, the density of rat was 0.91%, and the dominant species were Rattus norvegicus and Mus musculus, Accounting for 58.76% and 26.29% of the number of catches respectively, of which Apodemus agrarius is the dominant species in the wild. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens, flies and houseflies, German cockroaches and brown locusts are the main targets for the prevention and control of urban Qufu City. To reduce the density of the main vectors, they should be taken according to their characteristics of breeding, habitat and their seasonal growth Comprehensive prevention and control measures based on environmental management.
