针对传统雕刻艺术而言,3D数字技术既带来了艺术品制作过程、创作方式、储存方式的改变,也为我们提供了一种新的审美视角,这也是艺术和技术的融合发展的共生之美。3D数字技术的介入也带来了相应的问题,如数字技术造成的雕刻规模化和重复性,传统雕刻技艺的衰退,知识产权问题,等等。无论如何,作为一种技术革新,数字雕刻艺术和传统的雕刻艺术都是艺术家创作情感的形式体现,它们的融合发展,体现了数字技术背景下新兴雕刻艺术的独特魅力。
