重组乙型肝炎（HB）疫苗Hep B-3包含S、前S2-S和前S1-S三种蛋白单体,由传代小鼠C127I细胞表达。作者用一组能结合HB病毒“a”抗原决定簇的单克隆抗体（McAb）来研究Hep B-3疫苗的抗原性和免疫原性。
Recombinant Hepatitis B (HB) Vaccine Hep B-3 contains three protein monomers of S, pre-S2-S and pre-S1-S expressed by passaged mouse C127I cells. The authors used a panel of monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) that bind to the “a” epitope of the HB virus to study the antigenicity and immunogenicity of the Hep B-3 vaccine.
