在洞庭湖区防洪大堤洪水溃口堵复工程中,针对填筑土含沙率与含水率高以及工期限制等实际情况,运用系统工程的原理和方法进行综合处理:利用大型挖泥船吹填大堤基础,解决水下基础施工困难和土方量大的问题;对吹填的砂质基础采取简易的排水措施,加速堤基的干燥固结;堤身进行填充式灌浆,使土体密实;大堤迎洪面大面积铺设复合土工膜作防渗处理,降低浸润线,增强大堤稳定性;采用混凝土预制块护坡防冲刷防渗等复合技术,溃口堵复后的新堤经汛期高洪水位检验,取得了良好的防渗加固效果。
