目的 :探讨提高变应性鼻炎疗效的方法。方法 :应用鼻内窥镜下微波热凝筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎10 6例。结果 :随访 1年 ,显效 89例 (84.0 % ) ,有效 12例 (11.3% ) ,无效 5例 (4.7% ) ,总有效率达 95 .3%。结论 :鼻内窥镜下微波热凝筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎 ,具有视野清楚 ,操作简便 ,疗效好等优点 ,值得临床采用。 Objective: To explore ways to improve the efficacy of allergic rhinitis. Methods: 106 cases of allergic rhinitis were treated with microwave thermal coagulation and anterior ethnography under nasal endoscope. Results: Followed up for 1 year, 89 cases (84.0%) were effective, 12 (11.3%) were effective, 5 (4.7%) were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.3%. CONCLUSION: Microwave coagulation and anterior ethmoidal nerve treatment under nasal endoscopy has the advantages of clear vision, simple operation and good curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
