在固井过程中,为了防止环空二界面微间隙的产生,尤其是为了开发不收缩水泥浆体系以保证层间封隔质量,在室内进行了环空水泥封隔实验,并且对所开发的膨胀水泥浆体系的性能进行了室内实验评价。实验结果表明,根据地层实际情况而设计的膨胀水泥浆体系能够有效地封隔地层,现场应用表明,该膨胀水泥浆体系能够有效地封隔储气层。本文介绍了该膨胀水泥浆体系在2个地区现场固井中的应用情况。
In cementing process, in order to prevent the formation of micro-gap at the interface of annular space, especially for developing the non-shrinkage grouting system to ensure the quality of the interlayer seal, an annular cement sealing experiment was conducted indoors, The performance of expanded cement slurry system was evaluated in laboratory experiment. The experimental results show that the expansive cement slurry system designed according to the actual conditions of the strata can effectively seal the strata. The field application shows that the expansive cement slurry system can effectively seal the reservoir. This paper describes the application of the expanded cement slurry system in the field cementing in two areas.
