本文介绍了一种适用于国产SZ-1型色-质谱计的开口分流连接接口。将其与直接连接法和通过分子分离器的连接法进行了比较,开口分流法使色谱柱效下降低于20%,而直接连接法和通过分子分离器的连接法均使色谱柱效下降超过50%。使用开口分流法时的灵敏度(正壬烷2×10~(-7)克)稍低于直接连接法(正壬烷3×10~(-8)克)。但开口分流法不改变色谱参数、与所用色谱柱的内径和长度无关,操作十分方便。经综合分析我们认为在该仪器上使用毛细管柱色谱与质谱联用时开口分流连接法是值得推荐的。本文给出了二个应用实例:对异丙苯催化氢化产物和天然香茅油的组分分析,得到令人满意的结果。
This article describes a suitable for domestic SZ-1 color - mass spectrometer open split connection interface. This was compared with the direct ligation method and the ligation method by the molecular separator. The split-flow method decreased the efficiency of the column by less than 20%, whereas both the direct ligation method and the ligation method by molecular separators reduced the column efficiency by more than 50%. Sensitivity (n-nonane 2 x 10 ~ (-7) g) was slightly lower than that of the direct attachment method (n-nonane 3 x 10 ~ (-8) g) when using the open split method. However, the open-flow shunt method does not change the chromatographic parameters, and has nothing to do with the inner diameter and length of the column used, the operation is very convenient. After comprehensive analysis, we think that it is recommended to use open-column shunt method when using capillary column chromatography and mass spectrometry on this instrument. In this paper, two application examples are given: The results of the analysis of the components of the catalytic hydrogenation of cumene and natural citronella oil show satisfactory results.
