菠萝种植产生较大经济效益的同时,亦面临菠萝收获后大量菠萝残株需要处理的问题。据有关资料报道,菠萝地残留植株高达120 t/hm~2以上,如何有效、环保地处理这些残株是亟待解决的问题。菠萝残株有效的处理方式主要是粉碎还田,这种方式可提升地力、增肥增产。针对现有菠萝叶粉碎还田机效率低、功耗高的问题,本报告介绍了新研制了的双辊式菠萝叶粉碎还田机的项目立项、研制和应用情况等。该机试验表明,1次作业,菠萝叶粉碎效果就可满足还田农艺要求,和传统机型相比,生产率提高50%,油耗降低30%。
Pineapple planting produce greater economic benefits, but also face the pineapple harvest after a large number of pineapple stumps need to be addressed. According to the data reported, pineapple residue plants up to 120 t / hm ~ 2 above, how effective and environmentally friendly treatment of these stubs is a problem to be solved. Pineapple stubble effective treatment is mainly crushed to the field, this way can enhance the fertility, increase production by fertilizer. In view of the problem of low efficiency and high power consumption of the existing pineapple leaf crushing and returning field machines, the present report introduces the newly developed projects of the double roller pineapple leaf crushing and returning machine, the research and application thereof, and the like. The machine test shows that, once a job, pineapple leaf crushing effect can meet the requirements of the agronomy, compared with the traditional models, productivity increased by 50%, 30% lower fuel consumption.
