This study reports the weekly potential intake (PWI) of eight synthetic food colors in children aged 3-14 in Brazil. Totally 206 students from public and private schools in the State of Sao Paulo, Campinas, Barao Ge-raldo, were asked to collect the containers and labels of the food they consumed, and the registrants were asked to check in one by one and determine if they contained synthetic Pigments.
