The 4th International Conference on Measurement of Electromagnetic Quantity Intelligence was held on November 15-17, 1990 in Varna, Bulgaria. The overall task of the conference is to report and comment on the latest developments in the measurement of electromagnetic quantities, with an emphasis on the development of computerized measuring instruments and smart instruments.
