随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国的饭店业迎来了前所未有的飞速发展阶段。很明显服务质量直接影响着饭店的效益,本文通过分析了国内外研究者对于服务接触和服务质量的研究结果,剖析了服务接触的意义,针对目前我国饭店业存在的问题提出了解决方案,客观分析影响饭店服务质量的因素,对服务接触体系的管理提出了策略和方案,进而得出饭店的服务接触和服务质量之间的联系,希望对广大研究者有所帮助。
With the rapid development of China’s economy, the hotel industry in China has ushered in an unprecedented stage of rapid development. Obviously, the quality of service directly affects the efficiency of the hotel. This paper analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign researchers on service contact and service quality, analyzes the significance of service contact, and proposes solutions to the current problems in the hotel industry in China. Analyze the factors influencing hotel service quality, propose strategies and plans for the management of service contact system, and then draw the link between hotel service contact and service quality, hoping to help the majority of researchers.
