30年前,老百姓用食用碱蒸馒头,而今,普遍吃的都是酵母馒头,食用碱能平衡体内的酸性物质,而酵母属于酸性物质,故中国人体质偏酸就不足为奇了。一般初生婴儿都是弱碱性体液,随着环境污染,以及饮食不合理,体内大量产生酸性物质,导致体质逐渐偏酸。目前,真正体液为碱性体质的人只占10%左右,90%的人体液的PH值在7.35以下,医学上称为“酸性体质”。
