目的规范医院病区换药室的医院感染管理,建立防控措施。方法通过目标性监测方法,对某医院病区换药室医院感染管理与防控措施进行监测与评价。结果该医院病区换药室工作人员手卫生措施执行率为69.4%,消毒隔离措施合格率为83.3%,无菌操作合格率为75.0%,无菌物品管理合格率为72.2%。经过实施严格管理措施之后,上述各项合格率依次提高94.4%、97.2%、97.2%和97.2%。结论医院病区换药室医院感染防控措施主要环节是工作人员手卫生,消毒隔离和无菌操作必须贯彻到位。
Objective To standardize the management of nosocomial infection in hospital ward dressing rooms and establish prevention and control measures. Methods By means of targeted monitoring, hospital infection management and prevention and control measures in a hospital ward dressing room were monitored and evaluated. Results The implementation rate of hand sanitation measures was 69.4%, the pass rate of disinfection and isolation measures was 83.3%, the pass rate of aseptic operation was 75.0% and the pass rate of aseptic goods management was 72.2%. After the implementation of strict management measures, the above pass rates increased by 94.4%, 97.2%, 97.2% and 97.2% respectively. Conclusion Hospital ward dressing change hospital infection prevention and control measures is the main part of the staff hand hygiene, disinfection and isolation and aseptic operation must be implemented.
