对38CrMoAl钢缸套进行了不同气氛的离子渗氮。结果表明,经550℃,8—10小时的离子渗氮可达到技术要求;与气体渗氮(515℃、24小时+530℃、48小时)相较,渗件质量高、生产周期明显缩短,经济效益显著。
The 38CrMoAl steel cylinder liner under different atmospheric nitriding. The results showed that the technological requirements were achieved by ion nitriding at 550 ℃ for 8-10 hours.
