编辑同志:近日,我从交警部门网站上发布的车辆违章信息中得知,我的车在一个月前于某市某段路内有过多次超速行驶、压线行驶、闯红灯等违章记录,所依据的是交通监控视频拍摄到的相关录像。而事实上,那个城市路段距离我家数百公里,我从来没有去过,也没有将车借给他人使用,即完全属于监控视频拍摄有误或者是我的车被他人套牌所致。请问:交警部门未经核实,便将之公布,我能否通过向法院提起行政诉讼的方式,要求交警部门予以撤销?读者邓晓茹
