以奥克托金(HMX)、高氟酸铵(AP)、硝酸铵(AN)作为BAMO/NMMO系复合推进剂的氧化剂制成试样,评价了其燃速特性和感度特性。为探讨感度特性,进行了落锤感度试验,摩擦感度试验,间接冲击试验,枪击感度试验,静电火花感度试验和5.56mm枪击态度试验。证明AP系推进剂为平台燃烧,为改善燃烧特性有两种催化剂有效,即铅盐与炭黑或铬酸铜与铁盐。在感度特性方面,AP系推进剂的摩擦感度和HMX系推进剂的冲击感度最高,而AN系推进剂的所有感度都较低,更换添加剂和氧化剂对冲击感度大体没有影响,而有机铁系催化剂对枪击感度或静电火花感度有恶劣影响。热分析结果证明,在感度试验中热分解反应起着重要作用。
The burning rate and sensitivity characteristics of HMX, AP and Ammonium nitrate were evaluated as oxidants of BAMO / NMMO composite propellants. In order to investigate the sensitivity characteristics, the drop weight sensitivity test, the friction sensitivity test, the indirect impact test, the shot sensitivity test, the electrostatic spark sensitivity test and the 5.56 mm shooting attitude test were carried out. Proven AP propellants for the platform combustion, in order to improve the combustion characteristics of two catalysts are effective, namely, lead and carbon black or copper chromate and iron salts. In terms of sensitivity characteristics, the friction sensitivities of AP series propellants and HMX series propellants are the highest, while all AN series propellants have low sensibilities. The replacement of additives and oxidants has almost no impact on impact sensitivity. However, Gun sensitivity or electrostatic spark sensitivity has a bad influence. Thermal analysis results show that pyrolysis reaction plays an important role in the sensitivity test.
