我们厦门港务集团1998年组建,现有成员企业18家,职工6000人,拥有资产41.65亿元。近几年,我们紧紧抓住践行“三个代表”促发展这个主题开展各项工作,推进了企业改革发展,集团组建以来连续5年年创利润超亿元,实现了国有资产的保值增值。面对来之不易的成绩,我们深深地认识到:把“三个代表”重要思想融入企业,是实现企业跨越式发展的根本之道。 一、践行“三个代表”促发展,必须在推进企业发展生产力方面有新的进步和作为 始终代表中国先进生产力的发展要求,落实到我们港口企业。主要表现为两点:一是坚持以改革创新为动力,坚定不移地走科技兴港、科技兴企之路;二是深化企业内部体制改革,为提高企业的整体素质与竞争实力创造外在环境和制度保障。 科学技术是第一生产力。这在当今经济全球化条件下港口

I. Practicing “Three Represents” and Promoting Development We must make new progress in pushing forward the development of the productive forces of enterprises and implement it as our port enterprise on behalf of the development requirements of always representing China’s advanced productive forces. Mainly for two points: First, adhere to the reform and innovation as the driving force, unswervingly follow the road of science and technology to Hong Kong, science and technology enterprises; Second, deepen the reform of the enterprise system, to improve the overall quality and competitiveness of enterprises to create external Environment and system protection.
