本文采用循环伏安法研究了KCl-NaCl熔盐体系中低价钛的电化学还原过程。研究表明其过程为Ti~(3+)+e→Ti~(2+);Ti~(2+)+2e→Ti两步可逆电化学还原过程,且离子扩散为速度控制步骤。沉积的钛可部分溶于铂电极和铁电极上。
In this paper, cyclic voltammetry was used to study the electrochemical reduction of low-cost titanium in KCl-NaCl molten salt system. The results show that the process is a reversible electrochemical reduction process of Ti ~ (3 +) + e → Ti ~ (2 +); Ti ~ (2 +) + 2e → Ti, and the ion diffusion is the velocity control step. Deposition of titanium can be partially dissolved in the platinum electrode and the iron electrode.
