在知识经济时代,社会对人才培养的要求越来越高。在复杂的人际交往中,良好的沟通交流作用会为创业发展提供帮助。沟通交流能力的培养应该通过口语训练去完成,是中职语文教学的重要内容和任务。但是对于传统的语文教学来讲,学生的口语交际能力并不被重视,这对学生的未来发展非常不利。因此,中职学校的语文教学需要重点培养学生的口语交际能力,为学生的未来发展打下坚实的基础。
