通过对临朐县丹河水库灌区运行管理中存在的问题进行分析,提出了临朐县丹河水库灌区灌溉申请、灌溉组织管理、水费收支管理、设施维修管理为主要内容的“一申请、三管理”运行管理模式;并结合运行中不断规范提升的实际,提出了建议。
