1991年7月12日,武警江苏总队某中队战士许××探家归队,将从家中带来的16个咸鸭蛋同该班战士共10人晚餐时食用,引起食物中毒.此次就餐11人,发病10人,经及时救治,3天内全部治愈.从流行病学调查及细菌学检验结果,证实为副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒,现报告如下:1 临床表现潜伏期为1～12h.其中进食1h发病者1人,2～3h发病3人,4～7h发病4人;12h发病2人.中毒症状:多数病人出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、水样便等症状.呕吐物多为胃内容物,呕吐次数最多每日10次以上,其中1例出现胃粘膜出血.大便多为稀水样便,量多,无粘液脓血
