延边干部工作与其他地区相比既有共性规律,更具民族特色。长期以来,朝汉领导岗位固定、干部交流难、流动慢、活力不足等问题始终困扰延边干部队伍建设。近年来,我们立足边疆稳固和民族地区的长远发展,牢牢把握干部培养、选拔、考核、监督等关键环节,深化干部人事制度改革,大胆创新,勇于实践,一些制约干部工作的关键性问题得到一定程度的破解。
