造就企业家队伍,培育企业家市场是建立现代企业制度的内在要求。现代企业制度的基本特征是,法人财产权与终极所有权分离,经营管理者与资本所有者分离。一般采取股东会、董事会、监事会,厂长、经理三方相互制衡的组织机构对公司财产负责。董事会决定投资方向和发展战略,而生产经营和发展战略的实施则由厂长、经理负责的。这就要求他们必须是懂专业知识、有谋略、有能力、会管理的实业家,这就需要培育造就企业家队伍。
Creating an entrepreneurial team and fostering an entrepreneurial market are the inherent requirements for establishing a modern enterprise system. The basic characteristics of a modern enterprise system are the separation of corporate property rights from ultimate ownership, and the separation of business managers from capital owners. Generally, the organizations that shareholder meetings, board of directors, and board of supervisors, director, and manager check and balance each other are responsible for the company’s property. The board of directors decides the investment direction and development strategy, while the implementation of the production management and development strategy is the responsibility of the director and manager. This requires that they must be industrialists who understand professional knowledge, strategy, ability, and management. This requires nurturing entrepreneurs.
