目的:调查高校图书馆室内微生物的种类和数量,分析不同楼层、藏书室和走廊的微生物分布,为加强高校的图书馆卫生建设提供有力的依据。方法:采用自然沉降法对高校图书馆共4层11个采样点进行细菌总数及霉菌总数的检测,并对细菌和霉菌进行初步分类。结果:楼层微生物总数在385cfu/m3-822 cfu/m3之间,细菌以G+为主,杆菌多于球菌,霉菌主要是青霉和曲霉;温度在24℃~26℃之间,相对湿度范围是70%RH~85%RH。结论:本次实验调查依据空气微生物标准,校图书馆属于微生物的清洁水平。走廊微生物数量高于阅览室,通风、环境因子、人员数量是最主要的影响因素。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the types and quantities of indoor microorganisms in university libraries, analyze the distribution of microorganisms in different floors, library and corridors, and provide a strong basis for strengthening the health construction of libraries in colleges and universities. Methods: The natural sedimentation method was used to detect the total number of bacteria and the total number of molds in 11 samples of 4 layers in the university library. The bacteria and mold were classified preliminarily. Results: The total number of microbes in the floor was between 385cfu / m3 and 822cfu / m3, the bacteria were mainly G +, the bacilli were more than the cocci, the molds were mainly Penicillium and Aspergillus; the temperature was between 24 ℃ ~ 26 ℃, the relative humidity range was 70% RH to 85% RH. Conclusion: The experimental investigation is based on the air microorganism standard, the school library belongs to the microorganism clean level. Corridor microbial number higher than the reading room, ventilation, environmental factors, the number of personnel is the most important factor.
