本文应用显微分光光度术研究了顺铂联合辐射对人育肠未分化腺癌细胞系(Hce-8693)DNA含量的影响。 顺铂和辐射处理后第一天,对照组DNA含量以2n为主,≥3n者占10.6%,≥4n者占2.1%。R组核DNA含量均值较对照组低。P_t组DNA组方图显示最高峰与对照组相重叠。R+P_t组及P_t+R组DNA含量均高于对照组,且组方图最高峰右移,处理后第3天,对照组细胞生长旺盛,DNA含量以3n为主。R组细胞
In this paper, microscopic spectrophotometry was used to study the effect of cisplatin combined with radiation on DNA content of human intestine undifferentiated adenocarcinoma cell line (Hce-8693). On the first day after cisplatin and radiation treatment, the DNA content of the control group was mainly 2n, ≥3n accounted for 10.6%, and ≥4n accounted for 2.1%. The average nuclear DNA content in group R was lower than that in the control group. The P_t group DNA map shows that the highest peak overlaps the control group. The content of DNA in R+P_t group and P_t+R group was higher than that in control group, and the highest peak of the group’s graph was shifted to the right.
