目的研究纤体降脂Ⅰ号不同提取物对去卵巢大鼠的影响。方法 270 g左右的SD大鼠100只,♀,按体质量随机选出正常组和假手术组各10只,其余采用双侧去卵巢法,建立去卵巢大鼠模型,灌胃给药干预,连续13周。测定大鼠食量、体质量、腹脂含量、Lee’s指数、血脂、甲状旁腺激素含量。结果各提取物均能抑制模型鼠体质量增长(P<0.05或P<0.01);石油醚提取A部分能明显抑制食量增长(P<0.01),降低腹脂含量和Lee’s指数(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低血清LDL-C、TC水平(P<0.01),有抑制子宫萎缩的趋向。结论纤体降脂Ⅰ号各提取物均能抑制模型鼠体质量的增长。石油醚提取A部分能够有效抑制模型鼠体质量和食欲的增加,改善脂代谢紊乱,有抑制子宫萎缩的趋向,可能是纤体降脂Ⅰ号的主要药效物质群。
Objective To study the effect of different extract of Soybean Hypoglycemic Index Ⅰ on ovariectomized rats. Methods One hundred and twenty SD rats (270 g) were randomly divided into normal group and sham operation group according to body weight. The other two groups were ovariectomized to establish ovariectomized rats model. For 13 weeks. The food intake, body weight, abdominal fat content, Lee’s index, lipids, parathyroid hormone content in rats were determined. Results All the extracts could inhibit the growth of model rats (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Part A of petroleum ether extract could significantly inhibit the food intake (P <0.01), decrease the content of abdominal fat and Lee’s index (P <0.05 or P < P <0.01), significantly lower serum LDL-C, TC levels (P <0.01), inhibition of uterine atrophy trends. Conclusion The extract of slimming lipid Ⅰ can inhibit the growth of model mice. Part A petroleum ether extract can effectively inhibit the increase in body weight and appetite, improve lipid metabolism disorders, inhibition of uterine atrophy tendency, may be the main drug efficacy of slimming lipid group.
