首先对3种保护剂冻干的麻疹乙脑二联苗进行滴度比较,结果3种保护剂的二联疫苗中麻疹病毒滴度差异均无显著意义;而对乙脑病毒滴度显示出保护剂Ⅱ和Ⅲ明显优于Ⅰ。选择保护剂Ⅲ制备二联苗和单价苗进行热稳定性试验,其中麻疹病毒在37℃对天及50℃72h的滴度下降均<1.0Log。乙脑病毒在37℃14天及在50℃24h滴度下降均<1.0Log。表明保护剂Ⅲ对麻疹沪191株和乙脑14-2株病毒的热保护作用均好。
