本文阐述的关于麻疹疫苗起始免疫月龄等问题的建议，只是作者们的看法，仅供大家讨论。麻疹疫苗的免疫时间应仍按卫生部规定的程序进行。 为了活跃学术气氛，促进不同学术观点的交流，本刊从本期起开辟“学术讨论”栏目，不定期地发表一些不同观点的文章，就计划免疫工作中大家关心的问题展开讨论。为办好本栏目，将遵循以下原则：（１）只限于讨论计划免疫工作中的学术问题；（２）文章必须有充分的科学根据，摆事实，讲道理，以理服人；（３）实践是检验真理的唯一标准，意见不一致，由实践来检验。
The suggestions in this article about issues such as the age of onset of measles vaccination are just the authors’ opinions and are for discussion only.
