针胞藻与三角褐指藻的竞争作用研究

以两种能引发赤潮的海洋微藻(针胞藻与三角褐指藻)为研究对象,对比微藻在f/2培养基中和其他微藻滤液中的生长情况,测定了两种微藻单独培养和共培养时的最大环境容量(K)和生长速率(r)等参数,利用逻辑斯蒂方程和Lotka-Voltwrra的竞争模型比较了微藻间的竞争力参数(α和β)。结果表明,针胞藻与三角褐指藻共培养的最大环境容量(K)低于单独培养的,对数期生长率u也较单独培养的小,而且针胞藻对三角褐指藻有强烈的抑制作用(α=3.03),而三角褐指藻对针胞藻抑制非常轻微(β=0.19)。这表明微藻间存在接触性竞争,而且在竞争中针胞藻占优势。 Two species of marine micro-algae (Acylus and Phaeodactylum tricornutum), which can cause red tide, were compared to compare the growth of microalgae in f / 2 medium and other microalgae filtrate. The parameters of maximum environmental capacity (K) and growth rate (r) in single culture and co-culture were compared with those of Lotka-Voltwrra by Logistic equation and Lotka-Voltwrra competition model to compare the competitive parameters (α and β) between microalgae. The results showed that the maximum environmental capacity (K) of Acipenser sinensis co-cultured with Phaeodactylum tricornutum was lower than that cultured alone and the growth rate of logarithmic phase u was smaller than that of cultured Phaeodactylum tricornutum (Α = 3.03), while Phaeodactylum tricornutum showed very slight inhibition (± 0.19) on A. phyllanthus. This indicates that there is contact competition between microalgae and that Synevirus is dominant in the competition.
